There’s so much stigma when it comes to feeding and so many questions you might want to ask, that’s why we’ve created this amazing 2-part Feeding Essentials class just for you! Regardless if you choose to breast/chestfeed, bottle feed, formula feed, puree or give your baby finger foods.
Part 1:

Often, feeding a newborn baby feels like it should come easy. It is natural, after all! But we frequently forget that it is actually a learned skill.
Whether you choose to breast/chest feed, bottle feed or formula feed, there are lots of essential information that’s really important to learn, and as a new parent, you just don’t know what you don’t know!
But don’t worry, we’ve got you! Our Feeding Essentials Part 1 is perfect for expecting parents or parents of newborn babies.

Part 2:
Introducing Solids & Baby Led Feeding

Baby Led Feeding is My Little Eater's signature method of starting solids that takes the heart of the latest feeding research and removes all the mom guilt. It involved responsively feeding based on your baby's cues, skills, and sense of independence, all while gently nudging them to continually advance in textures to prevent picky eating.
Whether you start with purees or finger foods doesn’t matter. You start where you and your baby are ready and interested, and then focus on swiftly progressing them from there. It’s an approach to starting solids that is truly baby-led.
*Part 2 is led by Chelsey, pediatric dietitian with My Little Eater. This session can be eligible for reimbursement through private benefits if you have coverage for Registered Dietitians.
This 2-hour interactive workshop will include:
A complete breakdown of how to start solids and progress in textures using our Texture Timeline™
How to serve purees and finger foods safely and set up mealtimes
