Well, think of me as your personal sleep assistant. With your input, I will create a game plan for you to follow that actually gets your baby snoozing through the night (and hopefully you too!)

While our program isn’t aimed at achieving all-night sleep for your newborn (this isn’t developmentally appropriate yet), we will focus on equipping you with the tools and knowledge to guide them toward becoming confident, independent sleepers when the time is right.
We'll dive into creating gentle routines and habits that promote healthy sleep patterns right from the start. Think of it as laying the groundwork for future blissful nights (and naps!) ahead.
This package is tailor-made for new or expecting parents who want to be proactive and avoid the exhaustion that often comes with those first few months.
